Introduction

To finally be sitting here writing my first post on Caviar Coated is a MAJOR accomplishment for those of you who know me. This blog has been in the making for almost a decade and my uncanny excuses have been getting in the way of its actual production.

Moving from Portland, Oregon to New York City almost five years ago now has been a life changing experience that I will give incite into along our journey together. I want Caviar Coated to be an outlet for fashion, culture, lifestyle and anything else that we feel the need to discuss on a daily basis. 

The blogs name originated from my Russian background. In my culture, Caviar, especially black is considered a delicacy. It is only coated because as a millennial living in New York City I cannot indulge in delicacy's all the time. The ultimate goal is to show my readers how to find balance between the delicacy's in life while still enjoying the more simple pleasures as well, in every aspect. 

There is more to come, this is only the beginning of our friendship. I hope visits to Caviar Coated can provide us all with ideas and inspiration for how to indulge in life, every single day.
